Master Mason Degree – Ritual Work

Glen Avon Lodge No. 306 will hold a Special Communication for the purpose of conferring the Master Mason Degree on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the Duluth Masonic Center.

Brethren are invited to gather beginning at 8:00 AM for coffee, doughnuts, caramel rolls, cinnamon rolls, and fellowship. This time together provides an opportunity to greet visiting brethren, review roles, and prepare for the morning’s work.

At 9:00 AM, the Lodge will open on the Master Mason Degree and proceed with the conferral of the degree.

Brethren are encouraged to attend and support our candidate and the officers participating in the work. As Worshipful Master, it is my responsibility to ensure the proper brethren are assembled to exemplify the Master Mason Degree, and your participation helps make the work meaningful and memorable.

Dress:
Brethren are encouraged to wear a dark suit or tuxedo. In recognition of our Scottish heritage, kilts worn with a dark jacket are also welcomed.

Grand View Participation:
This event will be coordinated through Grand View. Ritual roles will be assigned in the system, and brethren who are assigned parts will need to accept their role within Grand View so we can properly plan and prepare for the work.
