Especially to try and encourage members who have been inactive. To develop more interest in the lodge. Use Grand View, email, mail, and phone Goal Increase membership contacts by having 70% of Brothers enrolled in Grandview by June 1,2025

And to assist in fundraising money. Goal NONE Will make sure two names on all accounts for signature cards. Only need on checks. Will have present Treasure and Secretary

6 Fundraising. Chair Senior Warden. Members. Master, Senior Deacon, Junior Deacon, with up to three Lodge members. Duties Work with the building, finance, and charity committees to raise funds for maintaining the Lodge and raise funds for charities. Be sure all fundraising activities follow Grand Lodge rules aa well as well as state of Minnesota Goal NONE a need to start thinking about what going to do so can pay back the $6000 to Grand Lodge by August 1, 2025 b. Remember those who signed promissory note are subject to the penalities and disciplines administered under the Masonic Code
7 Funeral (JW, Sect, Chap) Funeral Chairman. Chaplain. Members. Secretary & Master Duties. Master asks families if they wish to have a Masonic Funeral. If so, inform the Bothers of Masonic Funerals time and place. Be sure aprons and evergreen sprigs are there. Be sure there is someone to conduct the service. If the family does not want a Masonic Funeral to inform the Brothers of the time and date for memorial services. If a member of a Brother’s family dies help and notify members. Goal NONE

9. Membership Chair. Secretary. Members. Master, Junior Steward, Junior Deacon and up to three other lodge members. Duties. To assist in keeping the membership active. To assist in programs. To encourage new members to be active and feel welcome, and to assist in increasing membership. Goal Increase membership contacts by having 70% of Brothers enrolled in Grandview by June 1,2025

Sectretary to find out what officers have access to Lodge site i will need to remind members that they can join other committees, ones that by interest them. 10 Promotion SD-chair, membership JW, Sec, A Sec Duties Inform the community and local Lodges of actives in Otter Tail Lodge. Encourage members to post to their Facebook page and email friends and family of events. Goal NONE FYI El Zagal will be having a Best Ball tournament in Hawley 5/17/24. Master Eric said we should have a team attend so we can see how they do it. c. Harold on Boo Bash- he gave us a D on it. REASONS 1. did not do what we said were going to do in last meeting Table, business cards, banner, wear blue shirt, have a game and buy candy to give out. It was brought up that REA was going to provide candy. 2. Did not get information on when to report. Sent email late morning to find out when. 3.There had been an email asking “someone” to pick up banner & chairs earlier in the week. No one did. This was not sent by chairman. 4. Missed the opportunity to hand out and display “marketing goods” cards, banner and shirts. 5. Missed the chance to show parents what we care about kids. 6. Did not have enough coverage – when I left to go with my grandchildren it only left one Brother at air slide, needed two or three Brothers. 11 Ritual Chairman. Senior Warden. Members. Master, Senior Steward, Junior Steward and up to three other lodge members. Duties. To help plan and supervise all work within the lodge. To maintain degree outfits and be sure to have candidate aprons. Obtain all the necessary Brethan to exemplify the degrees from our Lodge and District Lodges. Senior Steward from memory ask the necessary interrogatories to the Canidate and collect requited fees and prepare the Candidate for work. Junior Steward assists Senior Steward in preparing clothing for the candidate. Goal NONE

Next meeting I am going to try a different agenda format. I am going to add FYI. I will list things that have been done. Example: Harold talked to Pool Hall about water heaters. My thinking this would be a place to put items the Brothers need to know but could just read about them cutting down on the meeting time. If there are no question move on to old and new business
